Yes, we are own manufacturer, and we also offer sourcing service for client if they need

Usually 50pcs for plastic dustbin, accept mixed items in one container.

10-15days. And, some items we have stock which can be shipped immediately

Normally we accept TT(wire transfer), LC at sight is also ok. Global Pay, western union, paypal is also available for us.
